An Evening with Martin Tannenbaum for a Prayer Writing Workshop on June 21st at 6:30 at Kol Ami

Tuesday, June 21st • 6:30 pm • in-person at Kol Ami
Kol Ami is now the proud owner of 150 copies of Siddur Sha’ar Zahav—which speaks to the experiences of all of our lives. In the process of creating this beautiful 650+ page siddur, the 140 co-creators found words to heal old wounds, draw the community together, and inspire countless worshippers of many faiths around the world.

This 90-minute, in-person workshop will provide a framework for further exploring Siddur Sha’ar Zahav and an opportunity to bring your own prayers to life. It will be led by Rabbi Sam Spector and Martin (Marty) Tannenbaum, a third generation Utahn—who now lives in San Francisco and is a lay service leader and one of the many co-creators of Siddur Sha’ar Zahav.
