High Holidays 5782 Survey

We will do everything we can to keep our building safe for the High Holy Days including requiring proof of vaccines, masks, and distancing. We also understand that concerns over the COVID Delta Variant mean some of our members and guests would prefer to avoid large groups and watch the services from home. 

It would help us in our planning if you would indicate your intentions below. We know the situation is fluid so if your decision changes please resubmit the survey.
