The Synagogue keeps strictly kosher, with facilities for both meat and dairy. Kosher meat is available through the Synagogue cooperative.

Basmati Rice (unseasoned)
Beans (dried) canned beans must have a hechsher
Beets (canned - without flavor or color added)
Brown Sugar

Carob Powder
Carrots (canned)
Cheeses (hard or soft cheeses, factory packaged (not deli-sliced), with no additional ingredients added)
Cinnamon Sugar

Coffee (unflavored)
Coconut Milk (not from China)
Corn (plain and cream style - frozen or canned)

Couscous (unseasoned)
Dried Fruits (when there are no additional flavors added)
Eggs (raw, whole, non-processed. However, they should be checked for blood spots)

Flour (plain only - without enzymes)
Fruits - most plain, canned and frozen fruits with no added ingredients besides water, salt, sugar, corn syrup, corn sweetener, citric acid, ascorbic acid, are acceptable without certification. Calcium chloride, lactic acid and ferrous glutamate do not require certification. Flavorings or colorings in the ingredients require certification.
Grape juice must have a hechsher if used for kiddush
